Kinnison Rites Slated Thursday
Mrs. Beulah Adelia Kinnison, 56, of 2035 East street, died Tuesday morning at St. Elizabeth hospital.
She was born on May 6, 1901 to the Rev. A.J. and Minnie R. Starmer at Ashland. She moved from Ashland to Albany, coming to Baker from Albany 39 years ago. Two and a half years ago she became co-owner of the Corset Clinic in the Antlers hotel building, and was manager until her illness.
Mrs. Kinnison was a member of the Pythian Sisters and of the Methodist church.
She is survived by three daughters and one son, Lilith B. Kinnison and Mrs. Joella Williams, both of Boise, Mrs. Barbara Morin and Buford L. Kinninson both of Baker, she also leaves her mother, Mrs. Minnie R. Starmer of Albany, Oregon; three sisters, Mrs. Nina Watt of Portland, Mrs. Clara DeSpain of Cascade Locks, and Mrs. Bertha Stanley of Portland; two brothers, Wyatt B. Starmer of La Grande and Arthur L. Starmer of Stevenson, Washington and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and one grandson.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at West and company chapel. The Rev. I. Rex Lindemood will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Hope.
