Nemalquinner Tribe
The Nemalquinner Indians were a Chinookan tribe within the Cushook division of the Lewis and Clark expedition. In 1806, they resided at the Willamette Falls in Oregon, with a temporary settlement on the north end of Sauvies Island, where they gathered wappatoo. Their population consisted of approximately 200 individuals living in four houses.
