A descendant of pioneer families, he successfully manages a 160-acre farm near Bartlesville, where he has implemented significant improvements. Educated locally, he served in the Ninety-seventh Division during World War I. Married to Minnie Vaughn, they have three children. Wilkie’s dedication to farming, civic duty, and integrity has earned him respect within his community.

Louis F. Wilkie, born on January 12, 1886, in Osage County, Oklahoma, is a prominent farmer and oil landowner in Bartlesville. The son of German immigrant Andrew Wilkie, Louis is connected to early settlers like George B. Keeler and his father-in-law, Cyprian Tayrien. He owns 160 acres of productive land and benefits from oil royalties. Married to Rosie Murcer Huffman, they have six children. Known for his sound judgment in business, Wilkie maintains a respected presence in the Bartlesville community.
