Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon Mr. and Mrs. Raburn had taken Nathan Appleton down to the boat on the Grande Ronde river on which he went on to Lewiston. North Powder, Oregon Ida “Joyce” Tippett, 76, of Wallowa, a former North Powder resident, died Nov. 12, 2004, at La Grande. Her memorial service was Nov. 20 at Bollman Funeral Home in Enterprise. Burial was in the Enterprise Cemetery. Joyce was born May 20, 1928, in La Grande to Edward Alvin Davis and Hattie Meyers Davis of North Powder.
