Jessie Thornburg Services Today Enterprise, Oregon Mrs. Jessie Thornburg, a pioneer of Wallowa County, passed away early Tuesday morning at Wallowa memorial Hospital where she had been since Friday morning when she fell at her home and broke her hip. She was born April 10, 1882 in Illinois, daughter of J. W. and Martha Emmons and came to Wallowa County with her parents as a young child. On December 21, 1899 she was married at Enterprise to Delbert Homan who died on August 22, 1940. On June 27, 1942 she was married to Charles T. Thornburg who survives her. Other … Read more
