Edna Pearson, 82, a former longtime Baker City resident, died Aug. 12, 2009, of Alzheimer’s disease at Cedar Crest Alzheimer’s facility at Tualatin, where she had lived for the past three years. Her memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 12 at North Powder Cemetery. There will be a reception afterward at the North Powder Grange Hall.
