Flora, Oregon Jack Randall Duggan, 81, of Flora died March 28, 2008. After he returned from serving in the U.S. Army during WWII, he married Nadine. From that marriage there are three children: Sandra Tucker (Irvin), Kathleen Bush (Jim) and Chris Duggan (Koni Murrill). In 1990, he married Karen, who survives him, as well as his three children; two step-children, Tom Miller and Kelly Kinney; sister Ruth Gioux; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
