Dow:-In this city August 20, J.C. Dow, aged 57 years. Deceased was a native of Massachusetts and was one of the early settlers of Oregon, having lived here twenty-three years. He was buried in the Union Cemetery Thursday afternoon. Eastern Oregon Republican, Thursday August 28, 1890
