Ronald Duane Culley, 66, a former Baker City resident, died Sept. 26, 2007, at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center in Boise. His memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Baker City Church of the Nazarene, 1250 Hughes Lane. Pastor Jonathan Privett of the Nazarene Church will officiate. Funeral services for Joseph R. Culley, 56, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday July 24 at the Langrell Nortuary Chapel. The Rev. James H. Soden of the Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mr. Culley was born August 24, 1911 at Herrin, Illinois had his schooling in Illinois and was a veteran of World War II. He is survived by brothers, Carl, Floyd, Harold, Ralph, Alvin, and Don, all of Baker, and several nieces and nephews. A sister, Ada, preceded him in death in 1904. Culley, Fern – Obituary

Donna “Fern” Culley, of La Grande and formerly of Wallowa County, died April 1, 2006, at the Grande Ronde Hospital. She was 90. Mrs. Culley was born on Sept. 15, 1915, to Arthur and Zella Millard Pearson in Enterprise. She was the great-granddaughter of David Kooch, who was an early pioneer to Wallowa County. She graduated from Enterprise High School in 1934. On June 15, 1935, she married Floyd Culley. She met her husband when he came to Enterprise with the Civilian Conservation Corp.
