Lorella Coleman, born in 1858, married Joseph Smith in 1874, becoming the parents of Jessie Morton Smith. In 1894, she wed Isaac Newton Croom, originally from Madison County, Tennessee. Together, they had five children: Joseph Newton, Marvin Earl, William Lee, Elmer Clement, and Lula Irene Croom, and they settled in Muskogee.
