Kenneth Dean Cavin II, 53, of Edmond, Okla., a former Baker City resident, died Jan. 16, 2005, at Edmond. There will be a Celebration of Life service for him at 11 a.m. Thursday at Baggerley Funeral Home at Edmond. Ken was born on May 31, 1951, at Baker City where he grew up and attended school. He was a 1969 Baker High School graduate. He joined the U.S. Army National Guard in 1969 and served his basic training at Fort Bliss, Texas.
