1933-2007 Charles Emery Blaylock, 74, of Burns, died March 11 at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend. A celebration of life is planned for noon today at the Terrebonne Cemetery. Mr. Blaylock, known as Chuck, was born Feb. 3, 1933, to Martha Alice (Hill) and Cecil Emery Blaylock in Humboldt, Kan. In 1955 Chuck married Judith Nancy Bacon. Chuck lived his life on his own terms. He was a professional rodeo clown, bullfighter and entertainer for 27 years, retiring in 1976. He performed in Union County rodeos in 1967 and 1968. Chuck was also a singer, songwriter and comedian. Cove, Oregon Betty Ann Blaylock, 61, of Salome, Ariz., and formerly of Cove, died suddenly July 18. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Calvary Baptist Church, 707 Main Street, Cove. Loveland Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. She was born in La Grande at the old Grande Ronde Hospital, May 31, 1945, to Leonard Francis Barnett and Lela Melvina Land. Thomas Reed “Tom” Blaylock, 79, died Sept. 8, 2005, at St. Charles Hospital in Bend. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the McEwen Bible Fellowship. Pastor Bill Cox will officiate.
