Aldbert Simons dropped dead at his bachelor quarters in a camp near Grossman where he was cutting logs for the Palmer Lumber Company, Tuesday evening. The cause of his death as determined by an autopsy was apoplexy.
He was about fifty-five years old and was a cousin of Mrs. Charles Carves. He had no immediate relatives here. His folks live near Drexel, Mo., and Coroner C.L. Booth prepared the body for shipment and it was shipped to that place Wednesday for internment.
Coroner Booth and Sheriff Rinehart drove nearly all of Tuesday night and well into Wednesday morning in order to reach the body and return with it to Enterprise.
