La Grande Lady Called By Death Early In Morning
Mrs. A (America) Roberts passed on early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A Parker, 2006 O Avenue. A host of friends, with her relatives, mourn her demise today.
The deceased was for eleven years a resident of La Grande. The remains are at the Bohnenkamp chapel, pending funeral arrangements.
Mrs. Roberts leaves seven children, Mrs. George Hill, La Grande; Mrs Abe Parker, la Grande; Mrs. Hiram weeks, Wallowa; Mrs Dora Dunn, Aberdeen, Washington; John Roberts, Yakima, Wash.; Will Roberts, Wa Ha, Idaho ?, and Frank Roberts, Baker.
Mrs. A. (America) Roberts was the daughter of Abe and Emmaline Prow. America was John Prow’s sister.
