Hunot, Fred Peter – Obituary

Fred P. Hunot, 44, died Saturday [March 14, 1943] in St. Anthony’s Hospital following an operation for appendicitis. He was born in Pilot Rock and had been a mechanic here for 25 years, owning his own shop, the Motor Inn Auto Repair. His friends were many and his death is the occasion for regret.

Surviving are his widow; two sons, Frederick and Arthur Hunot; a daughter, Norma Hunot; his mother, Mrs. W. S. Bowman; and two half sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Morrison of Portland and Mrs. Harold Johnson of Oakland, Calif. Mr. Hunot was a member of the IOOF and WOW.

The funeral will be held tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. in the Folsom Chapel with the Rev. O. D. Harris, pastor of the Christian Church, officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Hunot are here for the funeral, the former being in the navy, stationed at Bremerton.
