Albert Roy “Fuz” Harris, 85, of Hillsboro, a former resident of Halfway, Richland and Baker City, died June 9, 2008, at Tuality Community Hospital in Hillsboro.
Fuz was preceded in death by his wife, Velda Mae Black Harris; and two sisters, Ruby Meyers and Letha Roper.
Survivors include daughter, Kathy Brooks, and her husband, Tom, of Hillsboro; son, Ernie Harris of Big Piney, Wyo.; grandchildren, Jason Brooks of Vancouver, Wash., Michelle Brooks of Hillsboro, Lacy Mae Harris and Chase Harris, both of Homer, Alaska, and Albert Harris and Rachel Harris, both of Baker City; great-grandchildren, Kailen and Jaedyn Brooks; brother, John Harris of Utah; and sister, Eunice Nimentz of California.
