Funeral for Kenneth Earl Bowman will begin 10 a.m. Saturday at the Folsom-Bishop Funeral Chapel in Pendleton, followed by vault burial at Olney Cemetery. Bowman, 81, died Tuesday [June 22, 1982] at St. Anthony Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Pendleton.
He was born Feb. 20, 1901, at Pendleton, the son of O. Purl and Eva (Stickler) Bowman. His parents and grandparents were pioneers to Umatilla County in 1862. On Sept. 14, 1924 he married Josephine Rothlin at Pendleton.
