Transferred to Camp Greene, N.C., then to Camp Sevier. Sailed for France May 28, 1917. Promoted to rank of Sergt. October, 1917. Fought in all engagements of 30th Div. Arrived in USA April 4, 1919, at Charleston, S. C. Mustered out at Camp Jackson, S. C., April 7, 1919.
