Sergt., Med. Corps, 46th U. S. Inf.; of Caldwell County; son of Y. D. and L. C. Moore. Entered service June 21, 1917, at Lenoir. Sent to Ft. Thomas Ky., then to Camp Gordon, Ga., from there to Ben Harrison, Ind., Sheridan, Ala. Transferred to Camp Taylor, Ky., and entered F. A. Central Officers’ Training School. Mustered out at Camp Taylor Nov. 30, 1918.
