Entered the service at Camp Glenn, N.C., July 9, 1916. Was sent to Camp Sevier, S. C. Sailed for France June 9, 1918. Fought at Voormizelle, Belgium, 1918 and Bellicourt, 1918, Montbrehain-Brancourt, Premont, Busigny, France, LaSalle River, Vaux-Andigny, Mazinghein. Served on the Mexican border from Oct., 1916, to March, 1917. Landed in USA April 13, 1919. Mustered out at Camp Jackson, S. C., April 18, 1919.
