Sam, Houston, Texas. Transferred from there to Ft. McIntosh, Texas. Promoted to Sergt. Feb. 7, 1917. On July 1, 1919, to Sergt., 1st Class. Ft. Scrivens, Ga., to Ft. Ontario, N. Y., to Ft. Hamilton, N. Y., was with American Expeditionary Forces in Mexico one month. With the 14th U. S. Cavalry. Mustered out at Ft. Hamilton, N. Y., Feb. 9, 1920.
