Baker, Dec. 29, 1930–Henry Wicks, 85, died in St. Elizabeth’s hospital Sunday night at 10 o’clock from the effects of a paralytic stroke. He was taken to the hospital Saturday. Mr. Wicks was born in New York state July 12, 1854. He moved to Baker county about 60 years ago and operated a ranch in the upper Burnt river section for many years, retiring 15 years ago.
