(IV) Judge William Richmond, son of Colonel Silvester Richmond, was born in Little Compton, October 10, 1694; married, July 8, 1720, Anna Gray, born January 29, 1702, died at Bristol, Rhode Island, October 9, 1762. He died February 22, 1770. She was a daughter of Thomas and Anna Gray. He was one of the assistants of the governor, 1753-55; judge; town clerk, 1731.
