Harrison B. Oatman, of Portland, was born in Courtland county, New York, February 25, 1826. His father, Harvey B. Oatman, died one year after the birth of our subject. Funeral services for Fred H. Geer, 51, ex-Portland resident, who died in Tacoma Thursday, will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock at the Lincoln Memorial cemetery.
