Wallowa Lake, Oregon Oliver Earl Boeve, 54, of Wallowa Lake died April 15, 2005, at home. He was born June 7, 1950, in Portland, the son of the late Kenneth Gerald Boeve and Mary Lou Atkinson Boeve. He grew up in Tigard and Sherwood, graduating from Sherwood High School in 1969. Boeve served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne in 1970-71. He was married to Keithanne Hastings in 1973. He was self-employed all of his life from 1971 in construction and restaurant businesses.
