Dr. Middleton L. Perry, born on August 15, 1868, in Texas, is a prominent figure in Kansas healthcare, serving as the superintendent of the State Hospital for Epileptics in Parsons. Oconee Tribe

The Oconee people, part of the Muskhogean groups, were primarily located along the Oconee River in Georgia. Historical references note their existence from as early as 1602, with mentions of missions and interactions with Spanish explorers. Displaced after the Yamasee War, they migrated to Florida around 1750, forming a new settlement named Cuscowilla. While some remnants remained along the Chattahoochee River, by 1832 they were largely absent. Their historical significance extends into the emergence of the Seminole as a distinct group.

Goodall traveled extensively, including a trip to Europe, and returned to the Pacific coast multiple times, ultimately settling in Jacksonville, Oregon, where he enjoys a peaceful retirement amidst his orchards.
