Scotton, Kelly Rae – Obituary
Kelly Rae Scotton, 41, a former Baker City resident, died Dec. 16, 2006, at her home in Morton, Wash. Kelly was born Dec. 30, 1964 at Longview, Wash., and lived in Baker City for a time where she worked and cared for the elderly. Kelly was loved by all who crossed her path. She loved to read and play Nintendo. She was a beautiful singer, and sang at special occasions for family and friends. She also spent time interpreting Spanish for those who spoke no English.
