Old Huntington Cemetery, Huntington, Oregon

The Old Huntington Cemetery is located just south of town, being 3-1/2 blocks south of old Highway 30 at the junction of the old pioneer freight road reservoir. This is an early pioneer cemetery. The cemetery is small and is fenced. It is not maintained but is on dry land needing little attention. About five years ago the cemetery was badly vandalized by high school boys who removed the stones and threw them into a canyon, breaking them. The pieces were later returned.
