Baker City, Oregon Melba Parry Lloyd, 97, of Baker City, July 9, 2003, at St. Elizabeth Health Services. There will be a private family service at 10 a.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1250 Hughes Lane. Bishop Greg Baxter, 1st Ward, will conduct the service.
