John Wilson Lauck, M. D. Since 1903 Doctor Lauck had been engaged in his work as a physician and surgeon at Olsburg in Pottawatomie County. During that time Doctor Lauck had become a citizen of prominence in that community. He had done something toward the development of modern farming in that locality and is also a factor in the commercial enterprise of the village. Everson, Idella G. Newman Ouren – Obituary

The body of Mrs. Idella G. Everson, 63, former resident of Pottawattamie County, who died Sunday [December 6, 1931] at El Reno, Oklahoma will be shipped to Council Bluffs for burial. Short services at the grave at Silver City will be held Thursday morning. The funeral cortege will leave Cutler’s funeral home at 10 a.m. Mrs. Everson is survived by her mother, Mrs. Lawrence Newman of El Reno, and three sons, L. H. and E. M. Bracken, George – Obituary

George Bracken, 49, former city car salesman and instructor at Oklahoma City University, died Saturday [December 24, 1951] in El Reno sanitarium after suffering a series of strokes. Bracken had lived in El Reno with his sister, Mrs. Paul Strate the past three years. Born in Kingfisher, he was the son of the late Arthur E. Bracken, state pioneer and first licensed undertaker in the state. He was graduated from Kansas university in 1923 and for 14 years he was a salesman in Kansas City, Mo.
