Baker City, Baker County, Oregon Dale Bennett, 89, of Baker City died July 2, 2005 at St. Elizabeth Care Center. A memorial service for Dale and his wife, June, will be scheduled later. Cremation was by Eastern Oregon Pioneer Crematory. Dale was born on Oct. 8, 1915, in Eagle Valley to Myrton and Opal Bennett. Erma Gladys Guyer, 93, a former Baker City resident, died Aug. 4, 2004 at Boise after having lived a long life filled with simple pleasures. Her funeral will be Monday, Aug. 9, at 9 a.m. PDT at the Alden Waggoner Funeral Chapel, 5400 Fairview Ave. in Boise. Interment with graveside services will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery on Monday at 2:30 p.m. PDT. Erma was born Oct. 23, 1910, at Richland. Baker City, Oregon Elmer W. Graven, 96, of Baker City died Dec. 25, 2002, at St. Elizabeth Health Services. His graveside funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Mount Hope Cemetery. Pastor Ralph Holcomb of the Baker City Christian Church will officiate. Vault interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. Elmer was born on Nov. 27, 1906, at Richland to Clinton and Callie Rose Graven.
