Bilyeu, Delmer Thomas – Obituary

Funeral for Delmer Thomas Bilyeu, Crabtree, will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Jost Funeral Home. Don Tosch will officiate and burial will be in Franklin Butte Cemetery near Scio. Mr. Bilyeu, born Oct. 20, 1909, at Dallas, Ore., moved to Crabtree from Cutbank, Mont., in 1947. He was a member of the Crabtree Christian Church. He died today [July 16, 1962] at Lebanon Hospital. Baker City, Baker County, Oregon Mr. Claude Allan “Todd” Atkinson a former Baker City resident, passed away Jan. 7, 2005 at Pacific Palisades, Calif. A private graveside service and celebration of his life was held at Mount Hope cemetery on Jan. 21, 2005, with the Rev. Lennie Spooner officiating. Todd was laid to rest near his father who died when he was just a young boy. Todd was born on Nov. 20, 1917, to Florence Goodman Atkinson and Claude Monroe Atkinson in Cutbank, Mont. Bomboy, Thomas Bruce – Obituary

Funeral will be here Tuesday for Thomas Bruce Bomboy, 80, retired mortician and resident of Pendleton since May of 1925. Mr. Bomboy died Wednesday night [March 16, 1966] at St. Anthony Hospital. He was secretary of the Odd Fellows Lodge for many years and he received the Service medal from the Grand Lodge May 19, 1954, the first such medal issued in Oregon.
