BROOKS, Nellie Gertrude Todd9, (Henry H.8, Jared7, Chauncey6, Jonah5, Stephen4, Samuel3, Samuel2, Christopher1) born Feb. 20, 1882, in Chippewa Falls, Wis., married Sept. 5, 1906, Lee Halbert, son of George I. and Anna N. (Halbert) Brooks, who was born Jan. 2, 1879, in Bloomer, Wis. In 1920 they were living in Spokane, Wash., where he is the manager of the Spokane Trunk and Grip Company, manufacturers of trunks and grips. They also conduct a store in Spokane for the sale of their products. Child: I. George Irving, b. July 11, 1910.

Henry Hotchkiss Todd8, (Jared7, Chauncey6, Jonah5, Stephen4, Samuel3, Samuel2, Christopher1) born Oct. 31, 1839, died May 10, 1905, married Sept. 26, 1864, Ellen Cruttenden, who was born in 1838. Mr. Todd went to Wisconsin about 1870, engaging in business in Chippewa Falls, where he died. His widow lived with her daughter in Spokane, Wash., in 1919. Children: 1951. George Silas, b. Aug. 2, 1871, m. Nov. 10, 1897, Mary Isabell Goodsill. He is a dentist and lives in Lake City, Minn. *1952. Nellie Gertrude, b. Feb. 20, 1882.

Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon Roy A. Fisk Passes After Heart Attack Roy A. Fisk passed away at the hospital Monday, Jan. 29, 1940. For several years he had realized that his heart was not strong and he had been careful not to over exert himself and he felt he was improving. However, he suffered a sever attack Sunday, after doing his morning chores on the old Jacob Bauer farm south of town, and he was taken to the hospital. Britts, Ella Mrs. – Obituary

La Grande, Union County, Oregon Funeral services for Mrs. Ella M. Britts were held Saturday at the Snodgrass chapel. Rev. Clarence A. Kopp officiating. Interment was in the Masonic cemetery. She had been ill a long time. She was born at Chippewa Falls, Wis. December 20, 1866, and came to La Grande 53 years ago. He survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Shirleigh Tucker of La Grande; two grandsons, Shirleigh Jr. and Donald Tucker, both of whom are with the armed forces.
