Jean Fleetwood, 74 of Casper, Wyo., and a former Baker and Unity resident died Jan. 15, 2004, at Wyoming Medical Center. At his request, no funeral services will be held. Jean Fleetwood was born Jan. 23, 1929, in Baker. He was the son of James Orville and Leona (Shepard) Fleetwood; and was raised and educated in Unity and Baker. A board-certified prothetist and orthotist, he graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles. On Feb. 14, 1965, he married Thelma Webb in Winnemucca, Nev.
