Aged Foreman Of Mines Dead Thomas Taggart, for many years foreman of the Baisley mine near Baker some several years ago died Sunday at the home of his son, George W. Taggart at Woodland, Washington, according to a telegram received by relatives in Baker. Mr. Taggart was a native of Illinois.
