His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2625 Hughes Lane. Vault interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mr. Whitley was born in January of 1977 at Merced, Calif. He was a 1995 Baker High School graduate.
