Thomas Cruzan was born in Douglas County January 15, 1836, and is a son of the two oldest citizens now living in the County who were born in it. He is a son of Robert Cruzan and Jane Crawford, who settled early in the Brown neighborhood, coming from Indiana. Our subject owns two hundred and forty acres of land.
