Baker City, Oregon Roy Rodney Robinson, 62, a former Baker City resident, died May 29, 2004, in Richardson, Texas. His memorial service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Coles Funeral Home, 1950 Place St. in Baker City. Pastor Ralph Holcomb will officiate. Roy was born Feb. 26, 1942, in Pryor, Okla., a son of Lois and Walter Robinson. Baker City, Oregon Hurchell Franklin “Pat” Pattison, 81, of Baker City, died Jan. 20, 2003. A memorial will be held Feb. 1, at 1 p.m. at Baker City Christian Church, 2998 Eighth St. Mr. Pattison was born Dec. 17, 1921, at Gowen, Okla. He served in the Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1946. Baker City, Baker County, Oregon Arlo Ledell “Van” Vandenbos, 70, of Gresham, a former Baker City resident, died Jan. 1, 2003. Born June 8, 1932, on the Rose Bud Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota, his parents were farmers who later moved their family to Valentine, Neb., where Van was raised with his three brothers and two sisters. After high school graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was honorably discharged at the rank of sergeant.
