Death of R.W. Bloom
R.W. Bloom a well known and highley respected pioneer resident of Wallowa County died at his home in this city Tuesday afternoon after a short illness. The immediate cause of his death is reported to have been consumption. Mr. Bloom was for many years a resident of union County in the early days of Eastern Oregon. He leaves a wife, 2 sons, a daughter and several brothers to mourn his loss.
