Biographical Sketch of O.G. Tremain, M.D.

O.G. Tremaine, M.D., was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, in 1854 and relocated to Hamilton County, Iowa, in 1867. He began his medical studies in 1877 and graduated from Hahnemann Medical College, Chicago, in 1880. In October 1881, he established his medical practice in Ida Grove, where he continued his work in medicine.

Tremain, Frieda June Thudium Mrs. – Obituary

Frieda June Tremain, 86, passed away on November 8, 2005, at Jennings McCall II Assisted Living Center in Forest Grove. Born June 12, 1919, in Missouri, she graduated from Brookfield High School and taught in one-room schools. After marrying Robert Ell Tremain in 1938, they moved to California and later to Baker City. Frieda was an educator, active in the Oregon Education Association, and involved in community services. She is survived by her husband, two children, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
