JAMES B. TALLEY, farmer, was born June 18, 1846, in Todd County, Ky., where he has always resided. His father, Dr. Zachariah Talley, was a native of Sumner County, Tenn., where he was born in 1817, and grew to manhood, after which he removed to Todd County, Ky., where he died in 1849.
