N. J. Sheckell, attorney at law, is a native of Crawford County, Ind. After receiving his preparatory education, he entered Hamilton & Canada’s Business College, at Hartsville, Ind, where he graduated at the age of fourteen years. In 1869, he entered the Hartsville University; graduated from this university in 1873; was admitted to the bar in 1875.
