Otter

Albert Ernest Otter, born in England on March 24, 1871, immigrated to Cleveland in 1889 and established a successful career as a cut stone contractor. Married to Lillie M. Coombs in 1898, Otter was active in local organizations, including the Masons and Builders Exchange, while enjoying hunting and fishing in his leisure time.
