Okland, Theodore S. Rev. – Obituary
Formerly of La Grande Rev. Theodore “Ted” S. Okland, 68, of Portland and formerly of La Grande, died at Hopewell Hospice House in Portland Sept. 3. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church in La Grande. The Rev. Okland lived in La Grande during most of his retirement years. A complete obituary will be available later. Loveland Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
