Muckley, Henry C.; asst. supt. of instruction, Cleveland Public Schools; born, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, Sept. 28, 1850; educated, public schools and Oberlin College, degree of A. M., from Hiram College, 1896; taught school in Tuscarawas and Stark Counties, until 1872; then in the village schools of Mt.
