Biographical Sketch of Isaac C. Minnick
Is a native of Washington County, Virginia, and was born July 24, 1815. His parents, John and Betsey McCauley Minnick, were both natives of the salve State, where they both died. He was reared to manhood upon his father’s farm, and received his education in the early schools of his native County.
