Sent to Camp Sevier, Greenville, Sept. 1, 1917. Transferred to Camp Mills. Sailed for France May 11, 1918. Fought at Hindenburg Drive Sept. 17th to Oct. 6th. Gassed at Hindenburg Drive Oct. 6, 1918. Sent to British Gen. Hospital No. 73, France. Returned to USA March 27, 1919; landed at Charleston, S. C. Mustered out at Camp Jackson, S. C., March 31, 1919.
