Writes Note To Wife; Kills Self Before Walter Goldsbury, 42, shot himself through the head Wednesday morning, he wrote a note to his wife saying he had always been a failure and it was time to quit trying. The shooting took place in the kitchen of his home, No. 988 East Salmon street at 7 o’clock, and he died at 10 o’clock in St. Vincents hospital.
