Niemam; three children, Julie, Esther, and Willie; county engineer of Cuyahoga county from 1899 to 1906; pres. The W. H. Evers Engineering Co. and The Concrete Flooring Co.; member Ohio Engineering Society and Cleveland Engineering Society; member of the Lutheran Church.
