La Grande, Oregon Robert Raymond “Ray” Buckley, 94, of La Grande, died December 14 at the Grande Ronde Hospital. A graveside funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum. Mr. Buckley was born July 16, 1912, to Frank and Margaret (Wildman) Buckley in Deer Lodge, Mont. He came to La Grande when he was 5 and was raised by his aunt and uncle, Eleanor and Bert Carr. He graduated from La Grande High School.
